Trying to get oriented here.
My Logitech Extreme Pro basically functions, but only the flap and trim buttons, the POV hat and the throttle work. The remaining buttons do not. There are also centering problems (a constant left-stick bias) and the rudder control is intermittent.

I have tried to run fgjs. At first it would only get as far as the dead zone testing, and then error out saying it could not find the template file. I copied fgjs one step higher in the directory tree, and it could then find the template. It then asks me to move aileron right, and then just sits there. Pressing a button causes it to skip that test. I must be missing something obvious - how do I tell fgjs that I have moved the control, and to proceed with the tests?
I am hoping that getting a proper driver setup will help with the control problems as well as enabling the remaining buttons. Are there any other steps required to fully enable the joystick?
BTW, I am using W7 Home Premium (for the moment - this machine will get Gentoo Linux on it eventually).
